These terms apply when you use the bolt.io.vn website and Bolt tools. Please read them before you use Bolt.
Accepting these terms
By using Bolt, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Bolt.
The service
Bolt provides small tools and utilities. Many of them are still being built. We may add, change or stop any tool or feature at any time, and we will try to give notice when a change affects you.
Your accounts and third-party services
Some tools connect to services run by others, such as Google and YouTube. When you use them:
- You must also follow the terms of those services, including the YouTube Terms of Service (www.youtube.com/t/terms).
- You are responsible for the accounts you connect and for what you publish on them.
- Those services are not run by Bolt, and we are not responsible for their availability or for decisions they make about your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Bolt to:
- break the law or the rules of a platform you connect to;
- send spam or mislead other people;
- infringe the copyright or other rights of others;
- disrupt, overload or try to gain unauthorized access to Bolt or any connected service.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content and data you use with Bolt. You allow Bolt tools to process it only as needed to perform the task you asked for.
Our name and software
The Bolt name, logo, website and software belong to Bolt. These terms do not give you any right to use them beyond using Bolt as intended.
No warranty
Bolt is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep tools reliable, but we do not promise they will be error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for a particular purpose. Check results before you rely on them.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Bolt is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, revenue or account access, that come from using or not being able to use Bolt.
Stopping use
You can stop using Bolt at any time. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms.
Changes to these terms
When we change these terms, we update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Bolt after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
